Tiny Engines!

Tiny Engines (Tigers Jaw, CSTVT, Look Mexico, Restorations) is excited to welcome Cleveland, OH's Signals Midwest to its growing roster. The label will release the band's sophomore full-length, Latitudes And Longitudes, on 12" vinyl in November.
Pre-orders for the Latitudes And Longitudes vinyl will begin late October/early November with an official release date set for late November. The album is available digitally now. For a limited time you can download Latitudes And Longitudes for $6 at the Tiny Engines' Bandcamp. You can also download via iTunes.

Listen to "Limnology" from Latitudes And Longitudes

Rarely do you come across a young band that startles you with such inherent quality. While Cleveland, Ohio’s Signals Midwest might be rooted in the ethos of punk rock the band quickly transcends the tag both musically and lyrically on their sophomore album, Latitudes And Longitudes. Paying tribute to the continual growth of legends like Small Brown Bike and Fairweather while echoing modern bands such as Balance And Composure and The Menzingers, Signals Midwest provide a unique perspective that resides firmly outside the punk-by-the-numbers formula.
Signals Midwest formed in late 2008 as a trio and issued their first full-length album in 2009. In 2010 the band expanded to a quartet with the addition of a second guitar player. That would be a pivotal move in the band’s collaborative development. Experimenting with and expanding their sound, Signals Midwest quickly outgrew the standard pop/punk pace. With 2011’s Latitudes And Longitudes there is a fleshed out maturity that shines through. Recorded mostly live, the album bristles with the kind of energy and purpose that emanates from a band confidently growing comfortable in their own skin.
Check out a live video of the album opener, "In Tensions". The song was the first performance in the "Live from Bad Racket" series sponsored by Ohio Authority.
Also, the band recently shot a video for "The Quiet Persuader" which will premeire on in October.
Signals Midwest has a couple of dates in the Cleveland area coming up supporting some amazing bands.

OCT 09 - Cleveland Heights, OH @ The Grog Shop w/ Strike Anywhere, The Menzingers, Dead To Me and The Holy Mess

Montreal's Young Galaxy release sequel to wildly successful video for 'We Have Everything'

Montreal art-rock outfit Young Galaxy are excited to release the sequel to the outstanding video for 'We Have Everything' which recently broke YouTube's 100,000 views barrier. The new video for 'Peripheral Visionaries' was also directed by Sinbad Richardson, a Montreal based visual artist working as an animator, designer and video director. Watch the video by clicking the still below. Young Galaxy are also excited to announce that they will be supporting label-mates Austra on their upcoming tour of Canada (full list of dates below).
In 'Peripheral Visionairies', Jennifer finds herself given a second chance to live a fulfilling life. A producer discovers her one night singing in a karaoke bar and gives her the glamorous life she had previously only dreamed of. In the end, she makes the same mistakes as in her previous less than privileged life, having learned nothing at all despite her creator's efforts. Will she ever learn?
"The band asked me to create a second animated music video and I suggested making a sequel to 'We Have Everything' off the same album," says Sinbad Richardson. "'Peripheral Visionaries' picks up where we left off, our main character is stranded on the side of the highway, her bus having broken down. This narrative interprets 'Peripheral Visionaries' as a confession to the attraction of the unholy and a belonging to an ambiguous (nonetheless determined) rebellion against virtue. Our main character was to give in to her superficial ambitions but not without a cost. The line 'We a sea, tears from the eyes of god' repeated over and over, is taken as a foregone conclusion."
Young Galaxy's Shapeshifting was recently included on the Polaris Music Prize long list becoming the only act in the prize's history to be included on the list in consecutive years. Upon the release of Shapeshifting, Young Galaxy was named CBC Radio 3, Aux TV and Exclaim Magazine's X3 Artist of the Month for February.

Junior Battles INTERVIEW!

Nomeansno On Tour In Canada !

Hot on the heals of the next installment, "Tour EP 2", at a record time, 45 rpms to be exact, Nomeansno will once again venture across this vast, annoyingly vast, country of ours, Canada. The EP, of course, already being sold out, Both Copies!!, Nomeansno keeps true to a long and honoured tradition of ineptitude where nothing is ever available. We will, however, have in tow "Tour EP 1"!... which is somewhat old, actually entirely "Old". No worries though, a night of ear-splitting ribald and anachrony is in store. Featuring the likes of John Wright, Rob Wright, and that "Old" devil himself, Blacula.
With 30 years of nonsense in the pocket, not to mention the bank, Nomeansno expects yet another unmitigated success, at least that is the fantasy we'll labour under for a while.

Nomeansno coming to a fine establishment near you !

Matthew Barber set for Ontario and Quebec live dates in November.

Acclaimed singer-songwriter Matthew Barber will be hitting the road for a short tour of Ontario and Quebec in support of his recently released self-titled album. The nine-date trek will start on November 10th in Peterborough and will see Matthew performing with a full band (full list of dates below). Outside Music released Matthew Barber on June 7th. The album sees the Toronto-based musician return to his roots by playing all of the instruments as well as handling the the recording and mixing duties. Download the latest single "Man In A Movie" here.
Matthew Barber’s passion for the throwback sounds of the late 60’s and early 70’s is again clearly evident on Matthew Barber, which was captured entirely on an analog 8-track machine. “I read Keith Richards’ autobiography as I was beginning the recording process and I was excited by his statement that 8-track was his preferred format for recording,” says Barber. “It forces you to make choices as you go along and keep the arrangements lean, which suited the sort of record I wanted to make. I also got an iPhone around that time and the only album I had on it for months was Beggar’s Banquet, which became a reference point sonically.”
Astute listeners will surely notice nods to 20th century masters like The Beatles, The Stones, Dylan, The Band and Paul Simon – but the voice at the heart of each song – both as songwriter and singer – is singularly Matthew Barber. “The heart of the record is about being in a long-term relationship, trying to make sense of all that goes along with your life becoming more deeply entwined with that of another person and how that influences both your outlook on the world and your understanding of yourself.”
Louise Burns applies her influences across the board on her debut Mellow Drama, which was recently included on the Polaris Music Prize Long List. It's an album that weds ringing clarity to emotional truth over 11 originals and one gorgeously wrought cover of Leonard Cohen's "Gypsy's Wife". Even in the circling, endlessly recursive swirl of the Mazzy Star-esque “Clean” or the minatory shoe-gazey ballad “Ocean Grey”, Burns and her production cohorts Dave Ogilvie and Kevin James Maher keep it trim.

The Dead Milkmen have announced the CD release of their first new album in over sixteen years, The King In Yellow for October 25th. The album will be available via Amazon, iTunes, emusic and other outlets. This will be the band’s first studio album since Initially bowing out as a band with Stoney’s Extra Stout (1995). Fast forward to 2008 where The Dead Milkmen reform to play FunFunFun Festival in Austin, TX. Energized by the experience the original band members, Rodney Anonymous, Joe Jack Talcum, Dean Clean along with new bassist Dan Stevens performed shows in Baltimore, Boston, Brooklyn, Chicago and Philadelphia, while working on new material.
The band recorded basic tracks in two weekend sessions in November (South Street Soundz) and December (Miner Street Studios) 2010. Returning to Miner Street Studios in February 2011 the band and Brian McTear (Mixing) put the final touches on the album. The King In Yellow's 17 songs should feel both familiar and new to the Dead Milkmen Fan. Songs like "Meaningless Upbeat Happy Song", "Commodify Your Dessent", "Solvents (For Home and Industry)", "Quality of Death" thematically feel like the band’s first three albums. Where songs like "Fauxhemia", "Caitlin Childs" and "Passport to Depravity" come from a new but not unfamiliar place.
Originally formed in the Philadelphia area in 1983, the band solidified their place in American music with their upbeat and energetic punk rock always with satirical and clever lyrical ammunition. Classic examples from their catalogue include Bitchin Camaro and Punk Rock Girl, the latter of which gained major MTV video play in the early 90’s. Media highlights include the band being selected to play Spin Magazine’s first anniversary party in 1988 ( to which a helicopter whisked them from Philly to NYC to play). At the time of their hiatus in 1995, the band completed eight studio albums and numerous national and international tours.

Heavier Than Air Flying Machines - Debut Full-Length Out

Michigan trio HEAVIER THAN AIR FLYING MACHINES will celebrate the release of its Friction Records-issued debut-full length, SIAM, with a show in its home town of Grand Rapids. Joining the band will be label mates and Beartrap alumni Bars of Gold and Ghost Heart.
Recorded by Rick Johnson (Cheap Girls, Bomb The Music Industry) at Cold War Studios, Siam will be available on CD and digital formats from Friction, or if you're near Grand Rapids, swing by the show and pick up a copy directly from the band.
Siam is an often dizzying, occasionally dance-inducing and always-fun blast of 14 razor-sharp post punk tunes. Jagged guitars dart between fuzzed-out bass riffs and twisting, tumbling rhythms while front man Jaymes Pyne barks out abstract lyrical passages that cut through the palpable low-end distortion. Heavier Than Air Flying Machines' discordant, propulsive take on indie rock may not make it the prettiest band in the room, but it sure does make it the most exciting and memorable. Recommended for fans of Death From Above 1979, Blood Brothers and At The Drive-In.
- The first time I saw these guys perform my heart sweat rock, my spine grew hair and my mind exploded. Siam is a delicious buffet of buzzed-out coarse synchronicity ... the best production my ears have heard to date this year. - Recoil

Listen to "Amphibian Debt March"

In related news, the band recently stopped by The Stone House in Grand Rapids to perform three songs from Siam for the Halfway House Sessions. Be sure to swing by the Halfway House music blog to watch terrific live videos for "Folio Verso," "Malleable (In So Far)" and "Unmanageable Infrastructure (or the Interstellar Nanobacterium Parasitic Infection)."

One Hundred Dollars to tour Canada with Elliott BROOD

Toronto's One Hundred Dollars are set to tour Canada in support of their second full length album, Songs Of Man. The band's Outside Music debut was recently included on the long list for the Polaris Music Prize. One Hundred Dollars will play a showcase at Pop Montreal before jumping on a coast-to-coast trek with Elliott BROOD (full list of dates below). The band is also excited to debut a brilliant new video for 'Powdered Confressions' from Songs Of Man (view by clicking still below). The video was directed by Exploding Motor Car (Timbre Timber, The Acorn, Bruce Peninsula) and the concept was devised by the band's Simone Schmidt.
Songs of Man reflects a change in personnel, approach and instrumentation for One Hundred Dollars. Recorded to tape over twelve days at Blue Rodeo's Woodshed studio, Songs of Man contains ten distinct narrative perspectives and the sounds to match them. Lead singer and lyricist Simone Schmidt draws from her experience as a speech facilitator:
"In that job, I'd go around life with people who don't communicate verbally and assist in verbalizing what they're thinking to the rest of the world. I had a deep friend in one person I worked with, Aaron, and I would communicate for him all over the place - the doctor's office, the strip club, therapy, the bar. I got to know a lot of different people in ways I wouldn't have other wise. Wild insights into the human condition. One of the tunes on the record is 'Aaron's Song'."
The band's debut album Forest of Tears was recorded live over 13 hours, after the band had played together for only six weeks. In contrast, each song on Songs of Man was treated differently by producer (and pedal steel player) Stew Crookes who has made records with such diverse artists as Doug Paisley, Jill Barber and Hawksely Workman.
"We set out to record one song from start to finish every day, experimenting with sounds while crafting many of the parts in studio as the recording evolved over that day," says Crookes. "This allowed us to have different and well considered textures throughout the record."
The Outside Music Label launched in 2002 and formed a management division in 2007. The current label roster includes The Besnard Lakes, Black Mountain, Jill Barber, Little Scream, Matthew Barber, Oh Susanna, One Hundred Dollars, The Sadies, Sloan and Sunparlour Players. The management roster represents Jill Barber, Matthew Barber, Sunparlour Players, and One Hundred Dollars. Outside Music began as a distribution company and still maintains its standing as one of Canada's leading distributors working with labels such as Domino, Sub Pop, Saddle Creek, Six Degrees, Fat Possum and more.

One Win Choice - Sep / Oct Shows Announced

ONE WIN CHOICE recently announced a string of 17 shows over the course of the next two months in support of its most recent full-length, CONVEYOR. The Philadelphia-based band will kick off a series of weekend tours this Friday and has also confirmed a 10-day East Coast trek beginning on October 18th and culminating with an appearance at FEST 10 in Gainesville, FL.
Joining One Win Choice along the way will be the likes of Caleb Lionheart, ATTENTION and label mates Astpai. The band will also be sharing the stage with Strike Anywhere, Smoke Or Fire, The Riot Before, The Copyrights, A Wilhelm Scream and more. Complete details are below.
Conveyor was released earlier this year by Jump Start Records on 12-inch, CD and digital formats. The former is limited to a pressing of 500 on black (100) and black/yellow splatter (400) vinyl. For more info go here or grab a copy from the band at shows. For digital, go to iTunes or Bandcamp, where you can stream the record in its entirety.
Channeling the ethos and intensity of bands such as Strike Anywhere and Refused, and and combining melodic elements not unlike Rise Against or A Wilhelm Scream, Philly's One Win Choice is a bastion of everything hardcore punk should strive to be. Conveyor burns with an underlying fire and passion, and the term "sonic annihilation" comes to mind more than once during the album's 33 minute run time. Still, this explosive full-length also frames a group of individuals who have grown immensely as songwriters; these 13 tracks are meticulously crafted, underscored by thought-provoking lyrics and a palpable sincerity.

Nurses Premiere New Video, Album Stream for Dracula

Ahead of their album release next Tuesday, Nurses have debuted the video for "Fever Dreams" on Pitchfork TV. The band followed a natural progression in making the video saying, "The song seemed to have a definite Face to it, and these images -- of a face progressively growing in detail, floating, flashing, dancing, not being anywhere/being everywhere -- they stuck with us for a while and it became clear that was the universe where the song existed, and that's the character who sings it." The dark dreamy visuals both mimic and enhance the song's woozy appeal.

East coast pride and joy, Ben Caplan & The Casual Smokers will be releasing their new album on October 18th, 2011 across Canada. The much anticipated new record is a bridge between the blue solace of life in the Maritimes and the stomping rigs of traditional soul and folk. Caplan's explosive and no-holds-bar debut connects a gypsy-esque arrangement of strings, woodwinds, piano, and banjo-rich hue of dark folk. The 10 song LP highlights Caplan's skill for storytelling while exploring the depths of humanity and mysteries of love.
In The Time Of The Great Remembering was no easy feat for Caplan to pull off. He gathered a fleet of talented musicians to make his theatrical songs come to life. "I'm a songwriter spoiled by excellent musicians. We're usually a five piece, but we have gone as big as eleven. I live to perform with people who can play their asses off, so bringing together a group of the best talent I could find was top priority" said Caplan. With support from Ron Hynes (Keith Mullins) on contrabass, and David Christensen (Hawksley Workman, Classified) on clarinet, sax, and flute, the record took shape and has become one of the most compelling independent records out of the east coast.
Caplan will do the rounds in New Brunswick and Ontario before heading to Pop Montreal Festival. After that, he jumps on a plane to represent Canada in Germany at the Reeperbahn Festival and tour the Netherlands and UK. He will return home in time for his official album release show at this year's Halifax Pop Explosion festival on October 20, 2011.
Noted in Halifax as one of the most exuberant and talented songwriters from the east coast today, Caplan's live performance is both experimental and well rehearsed. reviewed, "Caplan and his talented band - The Casual Smokers - will undoubtedly garner review after review built around praising his voice, but even when they deliver the roughest of bar room stomps, there is a surprising depth and musicianship to the songs. Stand up bass, classically trained strings, flute, sax and terrific use of call and response sing-along choruses all help Caplan and the Casual Smokers stand out from the masses influenced by the same sounds."

EVE 6 in the studio recording new album with Don Gilmore

Multi-platinum act EVE 6 is currently in the studio with legendary producer Don Gilmore (Pearl Jam, Dashboard Confessional, Good Charlotte, The All-American Rejects), putting the finishing touches to their long-awaited fourth studio album. Eight years since the release of the Southern California trio's last album, 2003's It's All In Your Head, the album is slated for release via Fearless Records in early 2012.
FUSE TV shot an exclusive update with the band in the studio, to get the scoop on what brought them back together, what they've learned, and what fans can expect from the new album. Check it out here.
"We're thrilled to have the opportunity to make a real album again with all the right ingredients," notes frontman Max Collins. "In this day and age it's harder than ever for rock bands to record music with the care and attention needed, so we're definitely making the most of it. Having the original lineup and producer gives the whole thing an authenticity, and nothing but the very best material that we've accumulated over the last few years is going on this thing. We truly can't wait to get this out and into people's ears!"
Don Gilmore's previous work includes production on Linkin Park's 10 x platinum-seling album Hybrid Theory and 5 x platinum-selling release Meteora. Gilmore also produced EVE 6's platinum-selling self-titled debut album.

Since their debut in 1998, EVE 6 - comprised of Max Collins (Vocals / bass), Jon Siebels (guitar), Tony Fagenson (drums) - has sold in excess of three million albums in North America, noted for their brand of clever and high energy pop-punk-rock. The band's three albums have spawned a number of top singles, including #1 smash "Inside Out", "Think Twice", "Promise", "Leech", and the radio/MTV mega-anthem "Here's to the Night," which continues to serve as the theme for many high school graduations and proms to this day.
After a brief disbandment in which the members pursued various other projects, Eve 6 reformed in early 2008, and spent much of the following two years on the road reconnecting with their fan base and playing to crowds wildly enthusiastic about their return. The band signed to Fearless Records in May 2011.

Cobra Skulls on tour in Canada!

When Devin from the Cobra Skulls sat down to write Agitations, the third Cobra Skulls full length and first for Fat Wreck Chords, due out Sept. 27, he found himself in a different situation than he’d ever been in before. I’ll let him tell you all about it:
“In the past I’ve always written songs sporadically and when it seemed as though a song wanted to write itself, but for our new album, Agitations, the process was a little different because time was a bit of a constraint… I had less than a month to write an entire album. Solitude was definitely a necessity for me to write…so I moved into a cheap, dirty, weekly motel in Reno”
The result is thirteen of the most blistering, concise Cobra Skulls songs ever assembled in album form. Only one track clocks in at over three minutes and as usual, the band is almost incomprehensibly angry at the world at large. No target is too weird, too outside the normal realm of traditional punk angst for the Cobra Skulls. Agitations sets its sites on the crumbling economy, our unsustainable auto-obsessed culture, the xenophobia bred in the post 9-11 political climate, their own families and friends and prisons that are run like profit-turning businesses. Nothing’s spared in the latest from these hyper-intelligent, incisive, uncompromising, politically charged, lovelorn misanthropes, but that’s par for the course for an album from Reno’s favorite sons.
The Cobra Skulls are renowned for their nonstop touring and the cycle for Agitations will be no exception. For starters, they’ll be hitting the whole of North America with Nothington, including a stop at the Fest in Gainesville. After that, you know how it goes. They’re going around the world to scream about the fucked up injustices that plague the world in both English and Spanish. And if you don’t speak either of those? Well, you can just marvel at the seamless blending of punk, ska, blues, jazz and rockabilly that the Cobra Skulls are known for.

The Reveling - Nervous Energies Session Posted

The Reveling (Brooklyn, NY) recently teamed up with Nervous Energies to film an acoustic performance of two new songs from its debut full-length Tributaries. The session, which features the tracks "Charlotte Thompson" and "Unglued," are now posted on the site and can be viewed here.
Released by Black Numbers (Grey Area, Static Radio NJ, Go Rydell, PJ Bond) earlier this summer, Tributaries was pressed on both CD and 12" vinyl formats, with the latter being limited to 500 on three colorways (100 x clear / 150 x green / 250 x blue) and featuring gatefold jackets and an mp3 download card. The record is also available digitally from Bandcamp, iTunes and other online retailers. For more information or to grab a copy, go here.
On that note, The Reveling is currently sponsoring a contest for limited, hand-numbered vinyl test pressings of Tributaries, as well as the CD version of the record. Enter now and the band will choose three random winners on September 12th.
In other news, at 8pm on September 18th, The Reveling will host DIY Radio on Faction (SIRIUS XM Channel 41). The band's guest spot will feature an hour of great independent and punk music, including songs from RVIVR, Dead To Me, Make Do And Mend, Grey Area, Red City Radio, Banquets and many more.

Recorded by Alex Newport (Frank Turner, At The Drive-In, Rival Schools, Samiam) at Big Blue Meenie and Futureshock Studios, and mastered by Jeff Lipton (Arcade Fire, Dead Milkmen, Piebald, Sebadoh), Tributaries features 10 tracks of propulsive, highly infectious working-class punk rock that is as catchy and immediate as it is textured and nuanced. Much like The Reveling's well-received 2009 EP, 3D Radio, this new full-length is anchored by a punchy rhythm section and plenty of throw-your-fists-in-the-air anthems. Still, Tributaries finds the band in top songwriting form, tighter and more cohesive than ever, with an even greater emphasis on the soaring harmonies that made The Reveling so irresistible in the first place.

Chixdiggit! On Tour In Canada !

Okay, quick history lesson: Chixdiggit! was originally conceived by four guys who couldn’t play instruments after they made enough money selling tee shirts around their high school (for an at-the-time fictional band called Chixdiggit!) to purchase some drums. If that doesn’t make sense, read on, because that’s just how stuff works in Chixdiggit! land. That was in 1991. Since then, Chixdiggit! have toured the world, put out records on indie juggernaut Sub Pop, wacky Fat Wreck subsidiary Honest Dons, Bad Taste (where they re-recorded and re-released a new version of their very first album…Weird, right?) and most recently Fat Wreck Chords proper. They’ve got more releases than a minimum-security prison in Holland and they’ve been on hiatus at least once, or maybe even twice, depending on who you ask, or maybe they’ve just been up to other shit. Hell, who knows?
Well, here’s what we do know: they’re back in 2011 with their first release in five years, Safeways, Here We Come, which is the culmination of their 20 years of friendship and buzzsaw pop-flavored punk rock mastery. Of course, over the span of two decades, the boys have also perfected the fine art of dicking around and as such Chixdiggit! manages to get a few pisstakes in on some lame ass hipster haircuts (‘Swedish Rat’) and devote a whole chorus to a buddy of singer KJ’s shitty dog (‘Since You Got a Dog’) among other things. This record is more than sweet melodies and powerchords, folks. This is Canadian style pop, punk, comedy, social commentary, all rolled into one, and fuck, it’s named after a place that sells rubbers and candy bars, so there’s that too.
But don’t take my word for it. Between doing whatever it is these former runaways turned punk-rock-wisecrackers turned dudes-that-will-show-up-two-hours-late-to-their-show-in-Berlin-because-they’re-just-as-interested-in-checking-out-the-local-culture-as-they-are-getting-sweaty-for-a-bunch-of-blue-haired-weirdos do back at home, Chixdiggit! is hitting the road this year in support of Safeways, Here We Come and going as far and as wide as their grueling work schedules permit. Come for the rock or come for the jokes or come and just marvel at the fact that four dudes that look this young have been doing this for twenty years. Is it the genes? Is it that clean Canadian air? Is there really a song on this record called ‘Hot n Horny’? Wow. That’s awesome.

Cuff The Duke give fans another glimpse at stunning new album Morning Comes.

Cuff The Duke have made another track from their Paper Bag Records debut Morning Comes available for download. Album stand-out 'Standing On The Edge' can be downloaded here. The band is also excited to announce that they have extended their Canadian tour to include dates in Ottawa, Hamilton and two-night stands at Toronto's Horseshoe Tavern and Kingston's Grad Club (full list of dates below).
Also keep your eye on CBC Radio 2's blog for the exclusive premiere of Cuff The Duke's Paper Bag Sessions which will be rolling out one by one each Tuesday leading up to the October 4th release of the album. Watch for the first video for 'Count On Me' here. Check back for another video for 'Time Is Right' which will be premiered today at noon EST.
After almost ten years as a band and four albums to its credit, Cuff the Duke has made … a concept record. The Toronto roots rockers wouldn’t call it that (there are no suites about dragons here), but there it is, 10 tracks on a theme that flow like a film, like a good book, one filled with emotional highs and lows, plot twists, and universal truths. Morning Comes is a story about change, about confronting loss, about – as one track calls it -- 'Standing on the Edge' and having the courage to look across to an unknown future on the other side.
And if the record leaves you on a slight down-beat with the reflective closing track 'Letting Go', there is also much brightness on the horizon, as the band is already recording a companion sequel [title TBA] to explore life after loss.
"Where 'Letting Go' leaves off, with a person who has moved on, the next record is what comes after that." says the band's Wayne Petti. "It should be lyrically more upbeat, still questioning things, but more optimistic rather than sad and final. I always try to incorporate a sense of hope."

Slim Cessna’s Auto Club have been described as engaging, riveting, sad and humorous; demanding the audience to participate both live and while listening to their albums; Slim Cessna's Auto Club has been branded with every musical description possible. This seems fitting as after a decade of working and living as SCAC, they have created their own genre.
The songs are each thoughtfully crafted with unique arrangements, executed by superb musicianship, then fully realized through original, insightful and intelligent lyrics. With two of the most charismatic front men around and four accomplished musicians (Wovenhand, Delta 72, 16Horsepower), SCAC is the past, present and future of American music.
This is the first new SLIM CESSNA'S AUTO CLUB studio album since 2008.
The LP contains a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD CARD for mp3 album and lyrics booklet.
Unentitled was recorded and produced at Absinthe Studio, by Robert Ferbrache of Denver Sound fame (Slim Cessna's Auto Club, Munly, Blood Axis, Sixteen Horsepower, WovenHand, Tarantella).
