A Place To Bury Strangers rock SXSW

A Place To Bury Strangers are going down to SXSW to debut new material from their (as yet untitled & highly anticipated) third album coming out later this year - show info below. The band will also play select US dates with fellow New Yorkers Hooray For Earth on their way down to Austin and back.
The band has recently made waves with these remixes and videos for Holy Fuck’s “Red Lights” and Grinderman’s “Wormtamer”.
A Place To Bury Strangers are Oliver Ackermann (guitar, pedals, vocals), Jay Space (Drums), and Dion Lunadon (Bass). Their sophomore album Exploding Head was released October 6th, 2009 on Mute and garnered praise from among others, Rolling Stone, Spin, Alternative Press, and New York Magazine. They have shared stages worldwide with Nine Inch Nails, MGMT, The Crocodiles, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Dandy Warhols, Megaphonic Thrift, Japandroids, Darker My Love, All The Saints and the Big Pink.
