GRAFFITI6 CELEBRATES CONTINUED PRAISE FROM MTV, NOW ADDED TO MTV’S ‘2011 ARTIST TO WATCH’ LIST

Following a slew of critical nods and syncs, Graffiti6 again earn major recognition from MTV. In November the group’s single “Stare into the Sun” won mtvU Freshman, and now less than a month later, they have made it on the MTV’s 2011 ARTIST TO WATCH list! This new artist campaign gives the video featured placement and rotation on MTV, AMTV, MTV2, mtvU, and MTV Hits. MTV’s 2011 ARTIST TO WATCH will also be featured on MTV's PUSH the week of 1/3 on MTV and push.mtv.com.
Graffiti6’s victory on mtvU Freshman last month with “Stare into the Sun” was a result of being voted #1 on the weekly competition, further securing an already internationally adored track. Their tracks have been adored by many popular television series, with “Stare Into the Sun” recently featured in a spot on this season’s premiere episode of Grey’s Anatomy, “Calm the Storm” in CSI NY, and “Stare Into the Sun” again featured in Victoria’s Secret CBS annual fashion special. Abroad, “Annie You Save Me” was featured on Covert Affairs.
Graffiti6 heads into the New Year with wonderful company on MTV’s TOP 10 for 2011 list that features the following artists (in alphabetical order): A Day to Remember, Middle Class Rut, Miguel, New Politics, The Vaccines, Tinie Tempah, Warpaint and Wiz Khalifa.
